About Us

Learn more about our mission, vision, and commitment to cybersecurity.

Why we exist

Cyber risk usually reaches the board as technical detail, and no board can act on technical detail. Our job is to turn it into something you can actually decide on: what could stop the business, what it would cost, who owns it, and by when. After that we help you fix it.

What we believe

Good security depends more on judgement than on tooling. At two in the morning what matters is that someone knows who decides, who calls the regulator, and what gets shut down first. That is what we build with you, and it is why we spend more time on people and reporting lines than on dashboards.

How we work

We start with a blunt question: what would genuinely hurt? Which processes cannot stop, which data cannot leak, which deadline cannot slip. That gives you a short list worth spending money on, and a long list that can wait. Then we work in the open. You get a roadmap with owners and dates, reporting your board can read without a translator, and a straight answer when we think something is not worth the budget. We sell no tooling and have no reseller agreements, so that answer costs us nothing. If an incident hits, we take the lead on decisions, communication, regulator notification and recovery. When it is over we hand the work back to your own people.

Who you will be working with

CyberBusters is led by Bart Feenstra. We work with boards and executive teams in critical infrastructure, industry, logistics, government suppliers and financial services. That ranges from plant floors where uptime beats everything else, to boardrooms where a regulator has already started asking questions. You deal directly with the people doing the work. There is no account layer in between.
